How to modify prepaid subscriptions

Learn how to modify your Experience Curriculum prepaid plan subscription.

📣 We’ve upgraded our Experience Curriculum ordering system to a new platform powered by brightwheel.

Your account has been successfully transitioned, and going forward, all orders and account activity will take place within this new system. Please note that your previous orders and account information will no longer be accessible through the existing Experience Curriculum web portal.


We want to make sure you can manage your prepaid subscription easily and on time. Following the steps in this resource ensures your subscription updates are applied without delay, so your curriculum and add-ons arrive exactly as you need them.


Guidelines

Allowed Changes on Prepaid Subscriptions

  • Increase enrollment numbers for your subscription.

  • Add supplements or add-ons to your order.

  • Switch to a different curriculum program.

  • Cancellations, pausing, or returns are not available for prepaid subscriptions.

  • Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Deadlines

All enrollment, billing, and shipment updates must be submitted by the 1st of the month before the desired effective date.

(Example: To make a change for November, submit the request by October 1st)

  • If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, submit by the last business day before the 1st to ensure it applies to the next billing cycle.

  • If your request is submitted after the 1st of the month, it will apply to next month’s curriculum and the remaining months in your subscription instead of the current one. You will receive a confirmation once the updates have been processed.

Additional Notes

  • Any balance resulting from a change must be paid at the time of the modification.

  • A valid payment method is required to complete changes that result in a due balance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I switch to a monthly auto-payment plan from a prepaid plan?

Yes! You can switch once your current prepaid plan ends. To do so, you’ll need to request the cancellation of the auto-renewal on your current plan before it processes, then start a new monthly auto-payment subscription.
