- Address changes to subscriptions have to be completed before your current month's billing date for the upcoming month (if your billing date is on the 5th, changes for December curriculum have to be done on or before Nov. 4th).
- If you have a prepaid subscription, changes have to be made by the 1st of each month.
- If there are multiple classrooms in your subscription, you must repeat the same steps for each classroom.
Follow the steps below to modify your shipping address for a curriculum subscription with Experience Early Learning.
- Access our store; if you're not logged in yet, click on the Log In button on the top-right corner of your screen.
- Enter your email address and password and click Login.
- Once logged in, click on My Orders and follow the simple process.
- Find your order with an Active subscription and click on the magnifying glass icon to access your subscription.
- Then, click on Modify Shipping.
- Enter your new shipping address and click Save Address at the bottom of the page.
- Note that the address for both your subscription and any future purchases will be updated.
