We’ve upgraded our Experience Curriculum ordering system to a new platform powered by brightwheel.
Your account has been successfully transitioned, and going forward, all orders and account activity will take place within this new system. Please note that your previous orders and account information will no longer be accessible through the existing Experience Curriculum web portal.
Policy
To make any modifications to your enrollment, billing, or shipping for prepaid subscriptions, please make sure they are done by the 1st of the month for the following month's curriculum. E.g. Changes for the September curriculum have to be completed by August 1st.
To ensure any changes will be implemented for the upcoming month/theme, please submit your requests to our Support team at least 2 business days before the 1st of each month.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellations or returns.
Customers who have prepaid orders can ONLY increase their enrollment numbers and add-on supplements.
Switching to a different curriculum program is permitted. However, prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable, and any resulting balance must be settled at the time of the changes.
