How do I modify a prepaid curriculum subscription?

Effective May 1, 2024, all prepaid orders will have limited flexibility. Customers will still have the ability to increase their enrollment numbers and add on supplements, however, prepaid orders will not be eligible for pausing or cancellations. If you require a more flexible option, reach out to our team to learn about our monthly subscription.

Policies: Changes to prepaid subscriptions (also applies to canceling) have to be completed by the 1st of each month for the upcoming month's curriculum (for example, changes for May curriculum have to be completed by April 1st).

If you are submitting your request to our support team, you must do so at least 3 business days before the due date stated before.
