What is your return policy?

Policy:

If you wish to return Experience Preschool, Experience Toddler, or Experience Baby curriculum, please review the following conditions:

  • Each box must be unused and in new condition (unopened bags)

  • You must complete your return within 10 days of the date received using the shipping carrier of your choice.

    💡We are unable to provide return shipping labels

  • Refusing delivery or sending boxes back without first reaching out to our support team, will not guarantee a refund confirmation

  • Returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee per box

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted for refused deliveries

  • Credit cannot be issued for packages received at our warehouse with postage due

  • Enhancement Programs, including music CDs, Dance ‘n Beats, More Math & More Literacy, Little Learners, Experience God, Pocket Cubes, and Toy Boxes are non-refundable

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for returns

How to Start a Return

If you agree and your return meets the conditions described before, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@experienceearlylearning.com, or via chat — from this page, just click on the chat bubble on the lower right corner of your screen.
 with the details of the boxes you’d like to return. If you have multiple returns, kindly list the details for each box.

    • Theme:

    • Type of program (Preschool, Toddler, Baby):

    • Size:

    • Tracking number on the box (shipping label):

  2. Ship the boxes back to the following address (within 10 business days from the delivery date):

    💡You can choose whichever courier you prefer (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.), as we cannot provide a return shipping label.

  3. Once your returns have been shipped to us, please reply directly to the original message request with the shipping confirmation or tracking details from your chosen courier.

  4. Our Support team will contact you with your refund details once our warehouse has inspected and processed the returned items. Please note that this can take up to three business days after the items have been received.
