What is your return policy?

We strive to offer flexible, transparent returns while maintaining product integrity.

Thank you for your understanding as we ensure a fair and consistent process.


Return Eligibility

Guidelines

  • Must submit return request to support within 10 business days of delivery

  • Box must be unused, with all contents in new condition and all bags unopened

Returns require prior approval. Unauthorized or postage-due returns, or those sent by non-approved methods, may be denied or incur additional deductions.

Final Sale Items (non-returnable)

The following items are final sales and non-returnable:

  • Boxes featuring themes that are more than 2 months old

  • Prepaid orders (any order paid for multiple months in advance)

  • Toy Boxes

  • Spanish Supplements (Baby, Toddler, & Preschool)

  • Enhancement Programs or support resources ordered as stand-alone items (only returnable if they were included as part of a Preschool, Toddler, or Baby curriculum order), including :

    • Dance β€˜n Beats

    • More Math & More Literacy

    • Little Learners

    • Experience God

    • Getting Started Kits/Pocket Cubes

Refunds

The following fees apply to all eligible returns:

  • Original shipping charge (non-refundable)

  • Return shipping cost to be determined upon issuance of the return label

  • $15 restocking fee per box

  • Refused deliveries are also treated as returns and are subject to the standard refund deductions

  • Returns that include enhancement programs shipped separately (outside of the curriculum kit) are subject to additional return fees, to be determined upon issuance of the return label


Return Process

Submit return request

If the guidelines above are met, reach out to Experience Curriculum support to submit a return request within 10 days of delivery.

Once a return request is submitted and approved

  • Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email

  • You must ship applicable the return within 5 business days of receiving the label

  • Once the return has been received by our team team, we will send you a confirmation email if a refund has been processed. This may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received.
