Return Policy

We aim to provide flexible and transparent return options while ensuring the integrity of our products and services. Please review the full details below before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The box must be unused, with all contents in new condition and all bags unopened

  • A return request must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery

  • Returns are only accepted with prior approval. Unauthorized returns or packages sent without approval will not guarantee a refund


Return Shipping Process

  • Once your return is approved:

    • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email

    • You must ship the return within 5 business days of receiving the label (If your box has already been delivered)

  • We will send you a confirmation email once your return has been received and the refund has been processed. This may take up to 5 business days after the return has been received. Keep in mind that the sooner you send your return, the sooner we will finish processing it from our end.


Refund Deductions

The following fees apply to all eligible returns:

  • Original shipping charge (these are non-refundable)

  • Return shipping cost to be determined upon issuance of the return label

  • $15 restocking fee per box

Returns that include enhancement programs shipped separately (outside of the curriculum kit) are subject to additional return fees, to be determined upon issuance of the return label


For refused deliveries:

  • The box will be treated as a return

  • The same refund deductions will apply (restocking + return shipping)

‼️Returns received with postage due or returned via a non-approved method may be denied or subject to additional deductions


🚫 Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

To preserve curriculum quality and inventory control, the following items are non-returnable and considered final sale:

  1. Boxes featuring themes that are more than 2 months old

  2. Prepaid orders (any order paid for multiple months in advance)

  3. Toy Boxes

  4. Enhancement Programs or support resources ordered as stand-alone items, including:

  • Dance ‘n Beats

  • More Math & More Literacy

  • Little Learners

  • Experience God

  • Getting Started Kits/Pocket Cubes

⚠️ Enhancement Programs are only returnable if they were included as part of a Preschool, Toddler, or Baby curriculum order.
