Modifications to Monthly Auto-Pay Subscriptions

We’ve upgraded our Experience Curriculum ordering platform to a new system powered by brightwheel. As a result, if you have signed up for your curriculum subscription on or after December 16, 2024, your order will no longer appear in the existing Experience Curriculum web portal.

Policy:

1) Changes to monthly subscriptions, including pausing or canceling, have to be completed three (3) business days before your current month's billing date for the upcoming month.

This will help ensure accurate billing based on your classroom size.

Subscription Modifications

Classroom size, add-on or take-off supplements, switch program type, shipping address update, etc.

Pause or Cancel A Monthly Subscription

Notes:

1) To update your payment method, please contact our support team for assistance.

2)A monthly Auto-Pay plan cannot be switched to a PrePaid subscription.

3) New classrooms can't be added to an existing subscription. A new subscription order must be placed for any new classroom(s).
