We’ve upgraded our Experience Curriculum ordering platform to a new system powered by brightwheel. As a result, if you have signed up for your curriculum subscription on or after December 16, 2024, your order will no longer appear in the existing Experience Curriculum web portal.
Policy
To make changes to your subscription—such as adjusting enrollment, adding a new classroom, updating billing or shipping details, updating your payment method, switching program types, or pausing/canceling—you must notify us by the 1st of the month before the effective date. This ensures accurate billing based on your classroom size and program type.
💡For example, to apply changes in May, submit your request by April 1st.
