Follow the steps below to place an order for an Experience Curriculum subscription:
If you are a current customer, enter your email address and password and click Login; if you don't have an account yet, create your own by entering your name, email address and password.
Once logged in, click on Shop Curriculum and follow the simple process.
Select how many classrooms need curriculum; then, choose which curriculum you need: Baby, Toddler, Preschool or Multi-Age.
Select how many children or kit size, depending on the prompt given.
Our largest Preschool kit is for 25 Children, if your classroom is bigger you would have to add a classroom and select the size for the difference. e.g., if your classroom has 30 students you can purchase 1 classroom for 25 children and 1 classroom for 5 children or you can split it however is more convenient for you.
Toddler curriculum is offered in 4 sizes: Small (1-4 Children), Medium (5-8 Children), Large (9-12 Children) and Extra Large (13-16 Children), you purchase the kit that will accommodate your classroom size.
Then, click on Choose your Subscription and select the month you'd like your curriculum subscription to start.
It's important to note that curriculum boxes ship by the 20th of each month for the upcoming month's curriculum (December curriculum ships by Nov. 20th, for example)
Select a payment plan for your subscription (monthly auto-payment plan, prepaid or design your own).
Please note that by default the Monthly Auto-Payment Plan with the Billing Day: 5th will be selected for you (highlighted with the orange border), you may change the date to the 10th, 15th or 20th by clicking on the date.
The 3 subscription boxes in the middle is for prepaid subscriptions: 3 months, 6 months and 9 months. Experience Preschool Curriculum is the only program where we offer great discounts:
Save 10% when ordering and prepaying for 3-5 months
Save 12% when ordering and prepaying for 6-8 months
Save 15% when ordering and prepaying for 9 or more months

The themes/months will be added in consecutive order from the start month you chose. If you need to select specific themes and still want to take advantage of the discounts select Design Your Own Plan subscription box and click on the themes you want (un-click the themes you do not want).
The cost shown on the prepaid subscription boxes is the price before taxes and shipping cost.
Prepaid subscriptions are due at the time of purchase.
Then, click on Next at the bottom of your screen and select any add-ons for each classroom.

Once your add-ons are selected, click Review Order at the bottom; select Proceed to Cart once you confirm your order details look correct.
If you're ordering an auto-pay subscription, the pricing and details are located at the bottom of your screen in the purple bar (click on See Details); for a prepaid subscription, your whole order will show up in blue in the middle of your screen. See below.

Finally, click on Proceed to Checkout at the bottom of your screen:
Enter or confirm your billing and shipping addresses (if shipping address is different than billing, click the green button below the billing details Ship to a different address? and enter the address where you need your boxes to be shipped to).
Enter or select credit card/PayPal information.
Complete the Captcha and click on Submit Order; attention: do not click the Submit Order orange button twice, even if it takes more than a few seconds or an error message shows up.
