We understand that missed payments happen! When an automated subscription payment fails, our team will reach out via email to ensure you have a chance to update your payment method and maintain an active curriculum subscription.

ℹ️ Newly added payment methods will typically become the default payment method. If this is preferred, no change is needed, and your next auto-payment will be made using this method. When a successful subscription payment is processed, a receipt will be emailed to the email address listed for you in our records.


Accepted payment methods

Use the following payment methods to pay for your Experience Curriculum subscription:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • ACH

  • Checks/money orders

    Curriculum kits are shipped once payment is received.

  • Invoicing by purchase order (PO) is available for eligible customers, including preschools affiliated with public schools.


Where do I send checks?

  1. First, request an invoice for your order by contacting our Support team

  2. Include the correct amount and your order number on the check
    🚩 Failure to include your order number on the check may result in a failed order!

  3. Mail your check to the address below:
