If you have signed up for your curriculum subscription on or after December 16, 2024 (or cannot access the pages below), please get in touch with our Support team who will help with your order. We’ve upgraded our Experience Curriculum ordering platform to a new system powered by brightwheel. As a result, your order will no longer appear in the existing Experience Curriculum web portal. Our support team is available via email at info@experienceearlylearning.com or via chat — from this page, just click on the chat bubble on the lower right corner of your screen.
If you signed up before December 16, 2024 (or can access the pages below), please follow these instructions:
Note: payment changes to subscriptions have to be completed before your current month's billing date for the upcoming month (if your billing date is on the 5th, changes for the December curriculum have to be done on or before Nov. 4th).
Access our store; if you're not logged in yet, click on the Log In button on the top-right corner of your screen.
Enter your email address and password and click Login.
Once logged in, click on Payment Methods and follow the simple process.
Click on Add Payment Method at the bottom left of your screen.
Type in your credit card information (or log in with your PayPal account) and then click on Add Payment Method.
Return to the Payment Methods screen and find your newly-added credit card/PayPal account. Then, just click on Make Default. If you have expired/unused credit cards, you can also click on Delete on this page to remove them from your account.
Then, go back to My Orders and select your active subscription (s) by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
For each classroom, click on
and select the new credit card (or PayPal account). Then, click on Change Payment Method
